Emeril:

Tonight we're celebrating the 10th anniversary of Vegas Uncork'd.

On screen:

Emeril Lagasse, Celebrity Chef, Restaurateur, and Author.

Sebastien Silvestri, Vice President of Food and Beverage, The Venetian & The Palazzo Las Vegas.

Sebastian:

Tonight the event is called Dinner on the Strip. It's an extravagant, all over-the-top dinner event, and we're right here on Las Vegas boulevard.

Emeril:

Sebastien and I brainstormed about how we could do the biggest dinner on the strip. I said, Sebastien, I'm in. And if we can get Daniel Boulud, that would be even better.

Daniel:

Cooking, well, that's our livelihood. Because of the nature of the party, every dish need to be shared. So we want to make sure that they are all perfectly ready.

On screen:

Hosted by all-star celebrity Chefs Emeril Lagasse and Daniel Boulud, Dinner On The Strip was an epicurean extravaganza and a culinary experience to remember.

Daniel:

This has to be cut properly. So the seasoning, the presentation, the last touch at the last minute is very important.

On screen:

Daniel:

Tonight the theme is family-style casual sharing, so you pass each other things.

Emeril:

It's going to be a really good evening.

[CHEERING]

Sebastian:

The people that eat here tonight are going to experience something that is magical. It's a really unique, special, over-the-top dining experience.

On screen:

The event featured a seated dinner for 500 along the chic waterfront setting of The Venetian with free flowing wines, and a multi-course menu by all-star Chefs.

Sebastian:

Buddy Valastro made a giant cake, and Emeril picked up the most giant 80 pounds halibut that we're going to be cooking. We have an open fire barbecue, and you have Daniel Boulud making his jacquerie from Lyon. It's really cool.

We are Chase Sapphire's customers, and we've been for years.

Debbie:

We heard about Vegas Uncork'd three years ago. This is our third year.

David:

What brings us back to Vegas Uncork'd is just the variety of events. You have celebrity chefs. You have amazing food. It's the great atmosphere. It's an amazing time.

Daniel:

When you come to Vegas, you want to go back home with a souvenir of something unique. And I think tonight they'll be unique.
