The car buying experience has changed. It should not be intimidating to anybody, it should be a joyful day.

I often am asked, did I get a good deal on a new car? And they don't even have to tell me what the deal was, I know they did because there's not a great deal of mark-up. You're not gonna have to worry about the negotiations as much as you would on a used.

Bruce:

A used is a unique experience. it's a unique car, so it has more variables in the price. I would tell anybody, do your research online, understand your product, be knowledgeable.

Bruce:

So is it the car you like, is it the car you wanna be seen in, is it the color you like? So everything's right there, it's a very fluid process. When you go there, they are judged on their customer satisfaction index.
